WDO Termite Inspections Inspections
Termites are a real concern in Central Florida. The inspectors at Closer Look Inspections Inc are licensed WDO Inspectors for the State of Florida. Our inspectors operate in coordination with Ameripro Pest Control Company to produce a WDO report. WDO inspections are more commonly referred to as Termite inspections by the general public. A WDO certification provides reports for VA, FHA, USDA, and HUD homes along with conventional sales.
The WDO initials stand for Wood Destroying Organism and refers to any fungal, water or insect that can destroy wood. During the WDO Inspection, Inspectors look for evidence of infestation, wood decay, wood-devouring beetles, as well as evidence of past infestations, damage to wood, evidence of past treatments, or conditions conducive to infestation.
Termite Inspections are always necessary as many termite species can do great damage to unprotected buildings and other wooden structures.
With so many great reasons to work with Closer Look Inspections, Inc, why would you choose someone else?
